Erie also maintains an A+ rating with the BBB.Unique Construction Foreman Opportunity for Motivated Individual:Job Specifications include, but not limited to: Basement Waterproofing or foundation experience is a must Ability to complete service Work Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors Maintaining a high standard of workmanship Protecting the customer experience throughout the installation process Maintain a field presence 80% of the time Office responsibilities 20% of the time Income & Benefits: Weekly Base Salary of $1,200 per week + Monthly BONUS Opportunity Full Benefits Package and 401k Travel expenses will be covered Advancement & realistic, upward mobility We will provide tools and equipment as necessary, but it is a huge plus if you have your own hand tools and power tools. Requirements
- Basement Waterproofing or foundation experience is a must
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 65lbs
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Management experience
Nice To Haves
