About The Position

We are looking for a Field Supervisor with good communication skills at all levels of the company. The Field Supervisor will communicate procedures and information about AMI technology to both client and employees. The Field Supervisors should have high standard of accuracy and flexibility while multi-tasking. Ability to operate independently, set priorities, good teamwork orientation as well as highly innovative to grow with the company. Must possess and maintain good driving record to meet company standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and at least three years of driving experience
  • Background check and drug screen

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a field-based or operational environment
  • Strong working knowledge of safety practices and experience leading safety meetings
  • Proven ability to resolve conflict effectively with employees, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience coaching, training, and developing field employees
  • Ability to evaluate performance objectively and document observations clearly
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining alignment with leadership
  • Team-oriented leader who leads by example and fosters accountability
  • High level of professionalism and integrity when representing the company in the field

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Project Manager and collaborate closely to align field operations with project goals; maintain clear, timely, and effective communication regarding performance, issues, staffing, and operational needs
  • Provide direct field supervision for a team of approximately 10–15 employees
  • Lead daily tailgate and safety meetings; promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
  • Plan, assign, and organize daily work activities to ensure efficient and accurate execution
  • Monitor field productivity, quality, and compliance; recommend and implement corrective action plans as needed
  • Evaluate, document, and communicate employee performance, including coaching and disciplinary actions when required
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for field issues, including employee concerns, customer complaints, damaged claims, and conflict resolution
  • Interact professionally with customers and the public at job sites, including residential locations
  • Support training initiatives, including onboarding, on-the-job training, and certification requirements
  • Manage fleet-related responsibilities, including vehicle use, reporting issues, and compliance with company policies
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Communicate effectively with field staff, peers, project management, and senior leadership
  • Provide required operational reporting and documentation, as assigned (minimal reporting required)
