About The Position
NextWave Exteriors is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to help keep our jobs running smooth and our customers taken care of. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the trade, can solve problems in the field, and owns the details from measure to install.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in windows, siding, and doors (required)
- Comfortable doing small repair work
- Knows how to measure right the first time
- Solid understanding of materials, installs, and job flow
- Can talk to homeowners and crews without issues
- Dependable, organized, and works without being micromanaged
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Take 2nd measurements for window, siding, and door jobs
- Build accurate material lists so crews have what they need
- Pick up and drop off materials when needed
- Handle small repairs and adjustments in the field
- Be a go-to person for customer questions on-site
- Handle and document change orders
- Make sure jobs are ready and installs stay on track
