Role Summary: Seeking an afterhours manager/supervisor is to ensure that productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are met. They will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and report to upper management. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and support frontline staff. Assist in scheduling and delegation of tasks. Monitor performance and provide feedback. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor output to meet production targets.
