About The Position

Local plumbing company is seeking a Field Supervisor/ Sales Representative. JOB LOCATION: Inland Empire, Riverside, San Gabriel, Orange County area JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Our Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily plumbing department activities. Train, coach and mentor new and existing plumbing staff. Ensure all safety processes are followed. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Provide leadership to field staff. Perform regular inspections of job to ensure safety protocols and company processes are being followed. May be asked to contribute to department meetings occasionally. Collaborate with department managers to improve efficiencies out on the field. Monitor performance of field staff; coach them on improving customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality workmanship. Provide technical support to field staff, including camera inspections & maximizing potential leads. REQUIREMENTS: Leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and direct a team. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Ability to train new or less-experienced employees. Ability to meet pre-employment standards, including a good driving record. Ability to quickly learn our dispatching/scheduling software, and the ability to train or troubleshoot with field employees. Flexibility - the ability to adjust to changing needs. Ability to assist with complex plumbing problems. Build option sheets to help bid projects PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Push and pull on a daily basis Twist and turn on a daily basis Lift items over head on a daily basis Crouch or stoop for prolonged periods of time Lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis Stand for 6-8 hours per day Typing and data entry on a daily basis BENEFITS: Health PTO Life Insurance Paid holidays 401k Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 + a Year
