About The Position
A homecare organization is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new client growth through in-person outreach and relationship building. This role focuses on developing referral sources and expanding private duty nursing and homecare services in the community.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in Private Duty Nursing (PDN) or homecare marketing
- Field sales or relationship-based sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with in-person outreach
Responsibilities
- Visiting hospitals, facilities, and community referral sources
- Developing and maintaining referral relationships
- Generating new client leads through in-person outreach
- Converting leads into active homecare clients
- Representing the organization professionally in the field
