It starts with the first visit - where trust is built and the standard is set. Position Overview We are hiring a Field Supervisor / Lead Caregiver – First Visit Specialist to lead new client starts, introduce caregivers into the home, and support ongoing services in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll guide caregivers, set expectations, and step in to provide support when needed to ensure every client experience starts strong and stays consistent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of caregiving, home support, or similar experience required
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Calm, confident, and professional presence
- Comfortable leading and stepping in when needed
- Ability to take ownership without constant direction
- Reliable transportation for local travel
Nice To Haves
- Experience with onboarding, scheduling, or coordination
Responsibilities
- Lead first visits with new clients and families
- Introduce caregivers and ensure a smooth, confident transition into the home
- Provide hands-on support when needed (daily routines, companionship, general assistance)
- Support and guide caregivers in the field
- Step in when needed to maintain consistency and quality
- Catch and resolve issues early through strong attention to detail
- Reinforce expectations and standards across all services
- Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and the office
