About The Position
Now Hiring: Office Field Supervisor/Floating Caregiver Location: Travel throughout McHenry County (Home office located in Crystal Lake, IL) Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $20 per hour Join the Healthcare Plus Team! Are you a compassionate and dependable Field Supervisor looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? Healthcare Plus is seeking a Office Field Supervisor/Floating Caregiver to provide personal, routine, and dementia care for clients aged 60 and better-as well as support with light marketing duties as needed. This is a mobile role, serving various zipcodes across McHenry County.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- GED or High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Social Security
- Auto Insurance
- Strong reliability and flexibility
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care for seniors, including personal hygiene, meal prep, errand runs, housekeeping, and more.
- Support clients with dementia and memory care needs
- Travel between client homes as assigned
- Assist with occasional outreach or marketing tasks
- Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for every client
