About The Position

You'll be the anchor between our field teams and leadership - the mentor who trains, the inspector who maintains high standards, and the communicator who keeps everything flowing smoothly. Your work will include: Supervising HVAC service and install teams with light oversight of plumbing/electrical staff Conducting jobsite evaluations, inspections, and hands-on ride-alongs Leading bi-weekly trainings that grow skills, confidence, and consistency Partnering with ownership to shape processes, SOPs, and overall performance Working with the office manager to maintain accurate job files and efficient scheduling Assisting in hiring, onboarding, and retaining skilled technicians Recommending improvements based on recurring field issues, equipment needs, or process gaps Providing after-hours support for emergency situations or escalations

Requirements

  • 7–10 years HVAC (service or install)
  • 3+ years of field leadership or management
  • Proven coaching and training abilities
  • HVAC technical proficiency
  • Familiarity with plumbing/electrical basics
  • Housecall Pro or similar platform experience
  • Valid Texas DL + clean driving record
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • Texas HVAC or NATE certification, safety credentials, SOP development experience, or multi-trade leadership.
