About The Position

Our Field Specialists play a critical role in supporting product lines, ensuring technical competency, and delivering high‑quality service aligned with customer and business needs. As a Field Specialist, you will build and apply strong product line knowledge while meeting competency requirements outlined in the ACHIEVE Learning framework. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, leveraging technical expertise, communication skills, and teamwork to support reliable field execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Have a technical diploma or a minimum of 1 year of relevant industrial experience.
  • Have relevant industry experience and completed product line training.
  • Have strong functional, technical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Have the ability to follow established procedures, learning frameworks, and competency requirements.
  • Have a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice To Haves

  • Have a Two‑year Technical Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive chemical pump maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operation.
  • Developing and maintaining general product line knowledge in alignment with ACHIEVE Learning competency requirements.
  • Applying strong functional and technical skills to support field operations and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrating a customer‑focused approach in all service and support activities.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and internal stakeholders to support operational objectives.
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution.
  • Participating in required training and product line learning initiatives to maintain technical proficiency.
