Fuel your passion As a Field Specialist- Junior Mechanic Aero Derivative Gas Turbines you will be responsible for: Under direct supervision during on-the-job training, the candidate must receive and follow specific, detailed instructions. Learning and assisting the other crew members during Installation and/or Maintenance activities at Customer Sites. He/she is responsible for learning to execute maintenance/installation of TPS rotating equipment and for assisting other crew members in performing the assigned scope of work. Primarily interacts with assigned MENTOR or direct supervisor and other specialists/supervisors in the group. Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors, following all IET Gas Technology Service applicable processes and procedures. Performing other related duties as required. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in mechanical and electrical engineering, or 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of service or installation position in the Rotating Equipment industry Have an ability to understand and implement technical drawings (Mechanical drawings, P&ID, Instrumentation, etc.) Have a strong Mechanic and Control attitude Have an Excellent English fluency, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus. Willingness and availability to travel worldwide 80% of the time (on and offshore). Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in mechanical and electrical engineering, or 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of service or installation position in the Rotating Equipment industry
• Have an ability to understand and implement technical drawings (Mechanical drawings, P&ID, Instrumentation, etc.)
• Have a strong Mechanic and Control attitude
• Have an Excellent English fluency, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus.
