About The Position

DOCUmation is a privately-owned technology solutions company that provides IT, print, and software-managed services to businesses and other organizations through Texas. Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, our company has been serving customers for more than 30 years. The Field Site Representative is responsible for providing onsite services and support at multiple customer locations. Responsibilities for this role include running daily operations of copy/ print production, mailroom and scan center operations, and copier/ printer fleet management. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as an understanding of workflows in print shops and mailroom services.

Requirements

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other office applications.
• Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel.
• Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
• Ability to regularly speak clearly so listeners may understand.
• Ability to understand the speech of others.

Responsibilities

• Support daily mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, packaging, and delivering mail and parcels.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and within established timelines.
• Operate production-level copying and printing equipment, including finishing tools such as cutters, folders, and binding machines.
• Assist with scan shop operations by preparing documents, performing high-volume scanning, and completing thorough quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and workflow issues involving printers, scanners, and other production devices.
• Perform additional duties assigned to support operational needs.
