• Responsible for work order systems accuracy by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the tenant’s satisfaction. • Ensure maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible and always completed within 24 hours. Inform Property Manager and resident if work delayed due to needed parts. • Promptly communicate with the property manager concerning all maintenance issues at the property.
