About The Position

Develop and Manage contractor networks and field teams to ensure high-quality delivery of residential Home Performance projects, driving participation and energy savings outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with residential energy efficiency or HPwES programs
• Must be located or willing to relocate to the state of Delaware
• BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of HVAC, building envelope, and whole‑home performance.
• Ability to analyze program data and field inspection outcomes.
• Strong communication and contractor relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, establish relationships, and support residential HVAC, insulation, and home‑performance contractors.
• Conduct outreach via field visits, presentations, and contractor engagement.
• Support program events and stakeholder outreach
• Oversee field verification teams ensuring program compliance and installation quality.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, remediation needs, and customer‑facing issues.
• Track market conditions and contractor performance to improve program outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal program leadership, operations, and marketing teams.
