We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team in Reading, PA In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for collecting samples, maintaining field equipment, and supporting sample logistics. What You’ll Do Travel to client sites to collect samples, perform field measurements, and maintain equipment; Conduct inspections of facilities, systems, and storage tanks, often in outdoor or potentially hazardous environments; Follow scheduled routes, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations; Record and document sample data accurately, prepare kits, and coordinate shipments; Perform routine quality testing, analyze results, and monitor trends to identify issues; Communicate with customers to address inquiries and quality concerns clearly and professionally; Maintain equipment, vehicles, and a clean, safety-conscious work environment; Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
Ability to safely operate company vehicles
Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to address inquiries and quality concerns clearly and professionally
Maintain equipment, vehicles, and a clean, safety-conscious work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
