About The Position

Field Services Supervisor As a Field Services Supervisor I you will be responsible for providing oversight to field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 3+ years of hazardous waste field experience (required)
• Due to the potential exposure to atmospheres/waste/materials, this position requires individuals to be clean shaven at all times in order to don a respirator for protection.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Provides supervision of site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and customer specifications; performs each job in the most efficient manner possible
• Oversees the safety of the crew, ensuring employees are wearing proper safety equipment and following safe work practices
• Keeps customer informed of job progress; answers any onsite questions and maintains good customer relations
• Completes daily paperwork to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated documentation; keeps project manager informed of changes in usage from contract
• Serves as backup/fill-in for any crew position as needed
• Supervises emergency response teams as needed
• Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions as needed
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
