About The Position

Sun Atlas Power, a turnkey EPC business unit, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead A Solar Field Service Supervisor oversees the performance of field technicians and installation crews on residential or commercial solar sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with company standards and regulations The supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for field operations, coordinating tasks between team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong project leadership and people management skills across technical and operational domains.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with or overseeing solar software platforms or digital customer portals.
  • A strategic,builder’smindset — able to work from ambiguity to execution.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in solar or renewable energy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role involving EPC operations or project development.
  • Proventrack recordof managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex solar projects on time and within budget.
  • Osha 30
  • Hold multi–State Master Electrical License

  • Experience working in a fast-growing or startup-style division is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach field technicians or installers to maximize productivity andmaintainhigh standardsof quality and safety
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day field operations, schedule work, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to meet
  • Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on supervision, troubleshoot complex issues, andassistwith installations, when necessary
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols, conduct inspections, and perform incident investigations
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and industry standards, andinitiatecorrective action when needed
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer escalations, provide status updates, and resolve on-site issues to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Resource Management: Manage tools, inventory, and equipment to guarantee that crews always have necessary material
  • Reporting:Submitdaily or weekly reports on project status, team performance, and operational challenges to management
  • Travelfrequently(25%) to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events as needed.
  • Build out a safety program focusing on 70E and OSHA
  • Perform all otherduties asassigned.
