By improving bottom-line profitability through smart, strategic solutions, we help our customers reduce costs and maintain a competitive position. www.tgioa.com Primary Functions and Responsibilities: Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships, along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for providing quality service calls on each piece of equipment serviced. Travel to client sites within an assigned geographic area to repair and maintain office equipment. (Copiers, printers, fax) Performs full range of on-site maintenance and repairs on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance. Follows proper call handling procedures while maintaining the minimum call per day average. Maintains effective relationships with customers and fellow employees. Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by TGI Office Automation.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).
  • Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
  • Driver's License / Vehicle (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Copier/Mechanical: 2 years preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and basic network connectivity, print drivers.
