About The Position

To provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for the company's products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2+ years of service technician, mechanical trade, construction, or similar field experience
  • Experience repairing mechanical or electrical equipment
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
  • Experience with automatic pool covers is a bonus but not required
  • Candidates with experience in roles such as: Service Technician Maintenance Technician Equipment Mechanic Construction Installer Carpenter Crane or Boom Truck Operator

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer locations, adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing equipment, diagnosing malfunctions and replacing faulty components.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
  • Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on service progress.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing field service duties.
  • Collaborate with other technical staff and departments to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and advancements related to the company's products and services.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required, providing timely support to customers during non-business hours.
  • This position may require occasional overnight travel, depending on project or business needs.
