About The Position

Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a growing, dynamic company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support our operations in the Southwest Region of the United States. This individual should be a team player who can also work independently and should be an innovative thinker as well as quality driven. This is a full time 40 hour a week position and offers opportunity for career progression. Candidates must be a US Citizen or an otherwise lawful US Resident. Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a Field Service Technician.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Must have experience with PLC and industrial PC control systems.
• Satisfactory completion of AC/DC circuit analysis instruction.
• Competency in reading electrical schematics and P&ID drawings.
• Driver's license with record in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• This position will require frequent travel within the United States as well as occasional international travel.
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or an otherwise lawful US Resident.

Responsibilities

• System assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and facility drawings.
• On-site installation and service visits.
• Requires use of electronics test and calibration equipment, soldering, brazing and standard plumbing and hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand device documentation.
• Write and maintain reports, documentation, records and reviews of all systems.
