About The Position
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands on, field-based position where you will travel to customer locations to perform services on-site.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a box truck or van
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- English proficiency required; Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Prior experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial services, or field service work is preferred but not required (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle (box truck or van) to travel to client sites
- Perform professional carpet cleaning services in commercial and/or residential environments
- Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
