We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our Service Group. This position plays a critical role as the front-line ambassador to our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and training in a wide range of environments. Requirements

• Thorough understanding of company-supported equipment (training provided).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including occasional weekends.
• Willingness to work long days (up to 16 hours when required).
• Solid knowledge of hand tools, mechanical techniques, and power tools.
• Proficient with computers and basic technical writing.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong organizational skills, especially while working onsite.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Profound experience in either of the following trades: Mechanical Electrical AC & DC Millwright

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage service-related calls from customers.
• Build accurate parts lists for internal and external customers.
• Provide troubleshooting support via phone and email.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 90%) for: Maintenance Repairs Troubleshooting and diagnostics New equipment installation and commissioning Customer training
• Prepare clear and accurate service reports.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
