CWT focuses on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Description: The Service Tech/Installer position reports to Operations Manager and Production Manager. This is a multi-roll job that will require the Tech/Installer to travel and work alone or with a team. This job will require them to perform both service calls and installations. The Service Tech/ Installer(s) are highly trained technicians, this includes but not limited to working at the CWT facility, maintaining good attendance, workmanship, communication skills, following company standards. Should be self-motivated in setting and reaching goals. The Service Tech / Installer should be proficient in all tools (i.e., all hand tools, welder, saws, hammer drill) and be trained in trade techniques required to install and service the GEM System i.e. (jar testing, pumps seals replacement, pump power leg eval, programing PH controllers, Level controllers, Timers). As well as having knowledge of all CWT provided equipment that is associated with a GEM system and its sequence of operation. Ability to lift 75lbs and work in confined spaces.
