Position Summary: The Field Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by performing warranty remediation, job corrections, inspections, and minor installation work. This position represents Kitchen Magic in customers’ homes and ensures all service work meets our standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and communication. Hybrid role: this position covers the South Jersey territory and is primarily field-based, traveling to customer homes and job sites, with approximately one day per month in our Nazareth, PA office.
