Work in South Texas primarily with possible rotational schedule in West Texas. Schedule will be a 14/14 or 10/4. Collaborate closely with customer field representatives to effectively execute NOV Frac operations. Facilitate onboarding of NOV Frac products across all basins in the US. Provide field technical support to customers for NOV Frac products. Assist with development and implementation of new product offerings, i.e., gathering information, field implementation strategies, etc. Initiate incident investigations, report up in a timely manner, and partake in devising a solution. When on location, observe the condition of all NOV equipment, and report any deficiencies accordingly. Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems. Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and work with honesty and integrity, maintaining customer service. Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. Another duty, responsibility, or task assigned by manager.
