The Field Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing physical security systems and related network connectivity issues. This includes hands-on work with access control systems, video surveillance (both analog and IP), security alarm systems, and other low-voltage electronic devices. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical security technologies, low-voltage systems, relays, networking, and IT. Strong customer service skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
