You’ll help ensure safe, efficient operations while building strong working relationships with growers and team members in the field and at the branch. THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role: Set up, calibrate, transport, and operate agricultural equipment safely in customers’ fields. Assist with routine maintenance and safety checks on trucks, tractors, tanks, and ag equipment. Move and install fertilizer tanks using proper materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety protocols following manager’s direction. Maintain a clean, organized facility and comply with all company and legal operating standards. Assist with responding to customer questions and escalate issues to management as needed. Represent Wilbur-Ellis professionally and build strong relationships with growers and team members. What You Bring to the Role: 2+ years of experience and at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required Forklift experience (certification provided on the job) and willingness to operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment Mechanical aptitude, including basic knowledge of fabrication (e.g. welding) techniques and machine calibration Physical ability to repetitively bend and lift 50 lbs. Requirements
