Position Summary Tech II responsible for safe, high‑quality field work in maintenance—executing work orders, maintaining assets, and delivering responsive customer service.

Requirements

2–4 years relevant field experience in Maintenance operations within water/wastewater/public works.
Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, hydrants, PRVs, and appurtenances.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinate with electricians/SCADA as needed.
Perform hydrant flow tests, valve exercising, and air‑release maintenance.
Maintain parts/tool inventory and accurate CMMS records.
Follow LOTO and safety procedures; participate in tailgate meetings.
Work independently on routine tasks; request guidance on complex issues.
Provide courteous customer and stakeholder communications at job sites.
