The role of an Installer or Service Technician is required to go where the customer and equipment are. Be prepared for travel that may require an overnight stay. Be prepared for the job by ensuring you have the right parts and tools. Report to work/job site on time. It is a basic expectation to report to work on time. When reporting to a customer location proper preparation for the day and travel time should be considered in order to meet this expectation. Be dependable. The Field Service Technician will provide technical support to distributor customers, service companies and end-user owners of laundry equipment.
