Field Service Technician Commercial Laundry Equipment
About The Position
We’re expanding in the Madison area and looking for a mechanically inclined, self‑motivated Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being out in the field—not stuck behind a desk—this role is for you. The field Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service while representing the Century Laundry Distribution team. They will be required to drive a company vehicle and maintain high safety standards. Dexter Services, Inc. Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and team‑oriented
- Ability to lift/move up to 125 lbs
- Valid U.S. work authorization; must pass background & screenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial laundry equipment
- Travel up to 75% of the time (some overnights)
- Communicate with customers to provide solutions and great service
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety procedures
