About The Position

Position Summary: Provide technical support to Dexter products to distributor customers, service companies and end-user owners of Dexter equipment. Maintain an organized company vehicle. Communicate with customers to find solutions to their respective service and installation needs. Travel occasionally up to 75% of the time. Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness. Performs other duties as assigned. Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience needed for this position: AA or Technical degree a plus Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical industry a plus Physical Demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The field Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service while representing the Laundry One team. They will be required to drive a company vehicle and maintain high safety standards.
