About The Position

Field Service Technician 40 (Remote Based) 100% Travel. Applicants residing in NV, AZ, UT and CO preferred but not limited to Hit the road as a Field Service Technician supporting Philips’ Disease Management Solutions, where you’ll troubleshoot and maintain life-impacting technology, solve real-time challenges onsite and remotely, and play a key role in keeping critical healthcare systems running at their best nationwide. Requirements

  • A.S. degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and PC‑based applications.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation (new and upgrades) and service for DMS products.
  • Deliver basic product introductions and non‑clinical training as required.
  • Provide remote customer support using approved software tools.
