We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the year. NPI is adding a Field Service Technician to their Lifecycle Services team, responsible for total equipment lifecycle management services that optimize the performance of OEM equipment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for services that include installation, start-up/commissioning, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, audits, and training. Lifecycle Services Technicians perform planned services, troubleshoot issues, make repairs, recommend spare parts, and provide upgrades/modernization. This position maintains, diagnoses, repairs, services, and upkeeps conveyor driven automated sorting systems for parcels. This position requires experience with both mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and strong customer service working on customers’ material handling equipment, experience may include previously working on industrial equipment, or similar conveyor driven systems within material handling or e-commerce.
