Requirements

  • Experience as a Field Service Technician, Installer, or similar role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Excellent customer communication and problem‑resolution skills
  • Comfort working early mornings, extended shifts, and mandatory OT

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience mentoring junior technicians is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform on‑site service and repair of window and door products
  • Communicate directly with homeowners, builders, and job supervisors
  • Schedule and manage your own service appointments
  • Serve as a go‑to resource for escalated service issues
  • Inspect, verify, and document service orders and parts accuracy
  • Ensure customers are informed, comfortable, and taken care of
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time
  • Assist with training and mentoring Level I Field Service Technicians
  • Partner with the Field Service Supervisor to support team success
