Come grow your career – See what opportunities await today! JOB SUMMARY: The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations, communicate with our customers, and lead the service staff. In addition to the day-to-day operations, you will also take part in the development and training of your field technicians and be involved in process review s to ensure that we are running an efficient and effective service department. Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have prior industry knowledge of the products along with a technical background of the products sold and serviced.
• Some supervisory experience is required.
• Must be highly motivated, with excellent leadership, communication, customer interaction, and organizational skills.
• Must have advanced computer skills with an understanding of Caterpillar systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and have a teamwork ethic along with exceptional knowledge of construction equipment.
