About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead and support our commercial HVAC service team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician ready to step into a leadership position or an experienced supervisor with a strong background in commercial systems. The Field Service Supervisor will oversee field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and mentor technicians to promote technical growth and consistent workmanship.

Requirements

• Extensive (7-10 years, hands-on) experience in commercial HVAC systems
• Strong working knowledge of: Boilers Chillers RTUs (Rooftop Units)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose commercial mechanical systems
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and technicians simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee commercial HVAC service and installation projects in the field
• Provide hands-on technical support when needed
• Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and train technicians to improve skill development and performance
• Conduct quality control checks on completed jobs
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and assist technicians with diagnostics
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations
