About The Position

Our client is seeking a Field Service Scheduling Manager to lead their dispatch operations and ensure seamless coordination of field service teams across the region. This role is critical to maintaining efficient scheduling, routing, and communication for technicians. Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of dispatchers responsible for scheduling and routing field service technicians
  • Coordinate scheduled service, project work, and urgent service requests, optimizing routes for efficiency and response time
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and urgent service requests
  • Oversee job progress and technician availability using dispatch and workforce management tools
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to prioritize work based on contractual obligations and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls, technician availability, and job completion status
  • Analyze dispatch metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations
  • Manage on -call rotation schedules and after -hours dispatch coverage
  • Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for dispatch team members
