About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas or related SLED sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value system sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of energy, utility, and critical infrastructure markets.
  • Technical knowledge in communications, data networks, RF, Microwave, and wireless solutions is highly desirable.
  • Established connections and credibility within target markets, with experience engaging C-Level executives.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in sales strategy and account management.

  • Technical knowledge in communications, data networks, RF, Microwave, and wireless solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Go-To-Market sales strategy for the Oil & Gas vertical to achieve revenue, booking, profit, and growth targets.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to influence technology platform decisions.
  • Perform strategic account planning, solution selling, and value proposition presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Track, report, and manage KPIs, sales funnels, and accurate forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and professional associations to build brand recognition and thought leadership.
  • Conduct tenders, demonstrations, and other hands-on sales activities to secure high-value contracts.
