We want to hear from you! EOS Defense Systems USA is a manufacturer of cutting edge, precise remote weapons stations. The Field Service Representative (FSR) will support, train, maintain and repair EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS) in EOS facilities and deployed in the field by our Armed Service customers. The FSR will maintain, repair as necessary, make engineering changes and upgrades, and train operators as required. The successful incumbent will be an expert in the operation and firing of the weapon. The FSR will have the proven ability to conduct research and learn systems utilizing written references and manuals. This technician will regularly act as the face of EOS to potential and actual customers and the Soldiers, Marines and SOF Operators that will employ the systems.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in a related field
3+ years maintaining, operating, firing, and training on RWS's
3+ years Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) experience
Experience with crew served weapons and small arms
Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical systems using common tools and reference materials
Experience integrating with multi-functional teams during test & evaluation, business development demonstrations, and training efforts

Responsibilities

Respond to calls for service and repair to EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS)
Service and repair units as required, perform engineering modifications and upgrades
The FSR will perform other services that may be requested by the customer within reason
Understanding of how to employ and maintain calibrated tools and equipment
Understanding of range operations and weapon safety.
Operation of various weapon systems mounted on an RWS.
Understand and have a basic knowledge of the companies that manufacture RWS platforms around the world
Train service members and other customers on RWS operation and maintenance
Experience in handling explosive ammunition and weaponry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products
Positive and professional presence with the ability to properly represent the company are required
Ability to travel 50% CONUS and OCONUS
