About The Position

As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Malvern Panalytical for customers across Ontario and Central Canada. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our advanced scientific and analytical instrumentation—specifically XRF, XRD and SPE systems. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing role where your technical expertise contributes directly to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long‑term account retention.

Requirements

• Experience with XRF, XRD and laser‑based analytical equipment
• Strong technical and hands‑on skills with electronic systems, precision mechanics, and tools
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage expectations and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong problem‑solving ability and effective documentation skills
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work autonomously across multiple customer site
