Job Title: Field Service Representative Location: Remote - United States Primary Purpose: Ensure that training and guidance are provided to the customer resulting in assembly and erection of Acrow products in accordance with relevant company design standards and procedures.

Valid driver’s license
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil/Construction Technology and 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.

Nice To Haves

NCO level with an MRBC unit or equivalent
Experience in the Bridge Engineers division of one of the armed services directing soldiers or personnel in the development of bridge and construction projects

Responsibilities

Function as principal advisor to customers for on-site activities in accordance with bridge erection and removals
Partner with customers and engineering team on bridge reconnaissance, site selection and site prep coordination
Understand all safety procedures and ensure safe work practices are followed to maintain a safe work environment
Manage required project documents to ensure completion of project on time
Perform customer training as required in a classroom / yard environment
Understand and adhere to all Acrow’s policies and applicable laws
This position requires a significant amount of travel to Acrow locations or Customer Sites. Travel may be global and inclusive of remote locations and at times accompanied by military personnel.
