About The Position

We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Field Service Representative to support our Multi-Family and Commercial construction accounts. As a Field Service Rep, you'll be the go-to resource for our clients-ensuring their needs are met, their projects stay on track, and their experience with UFP is exceptional.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UFP's products and culture is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and jobsite visits in the following areas: Myrtle Beach, SC / Charleston, SC / Wilmington, NC
  • Resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and project continuity.
  • Provide valuable market insights on competitors, service trends, and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements or modifications to better serve clients.
  • Support Account Managers in generating new business and promoting our product lines.
  • Monitor regional sales activity and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Assist with project setup, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform jobsite drive-bys as needed.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support internal and external communication.
