PAC is seeking a self-motivated individual responsible for maintaining and servicing customer accounts in the Greater Los Angeles area. The role also requires travel to other parts of the country and internationally, as needed (California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or other locations as required). The field service technician will install, configure, calibrate, certify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate company products and systems at customer sites, primarily supporting PAC Physical Properties instruments. The role also includes providing product training to customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and occasionally assisting with application troubleshooting.
