Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management (BSBM) or related field
  • Proven experience as Project Manager in similar roles
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through program completion
  • Strong knowledge of New Product Development, Delivery & Service, Maintenance, and Training operations
  • Analytically driven to identify risks, evaluate date and implement solutions
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Sight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, including regular use of adequate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Hearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicate

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support functional managers with oversight of complex strategies and approaches in development of execution plans ranging from field service, training, and customer support
  • Interact and direct, both internal and external stakeholders regularly to assure execution plans are presented, monitored, and updated to support the delivery of contract requirements
  • Lead or participate in functional Integrated Project Teams capturing task requirements, materials, and deliverables to assist in the execution of customer engagements
  • Coordinate communications with globally positioned staff to ensure both alignment of project expectations and reporting are met
  • Assist with maintaining program budgets and other financial transactions
  • Generate appropriate program reports and briefings with information critical to making business decisions noting schedule, budgetary, or performance risks
