Position Overview: The Field Service Operations Lead will lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential lift installation projects. This role will initially be very hands-on, requiring direct involvement in installations, troubleshooting, and team training, but will likely become more supervisory as processes are refined and the team grows. Combining your construction, permitting, and technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you will ensure that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role will manage installation teams, optimize workflows, ensure compliance with local regulations, and act as a key liaison between customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
