About The Position
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Field Service Mechanic with a Heavy Equipment and Machinery company located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic.
- Ability to work both in the shop and on-site as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel within Arizona for field service assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hydraulics and welding is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on automotive and diesel equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct field service calls for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with shop duties, including parts replacement and equipment inspection.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company guidelines.
