About The Position

The Field Service Manager will oversee approximately 25 accounts across the Northwest U.S. and Western Canada, requiring deep technical expertise in commercial laundry equipment and a 50% travel commitment. This remote role involves training distributor technicians, managing quality resolutions, and applying strategic problem-solving to maintain strong customer-supplier relationships. Candidates must be self-starters residing in or willing to relocate to the region to succeed in this fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial laundry products
Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and use diagnostic tools on high-voltage and gas systems
Core Competencies: Proven interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to think independently and manage complex processes with high attention to detail
