Multiquip is looking for a dynamic Field Service Manager to lead and support our field service operations across a designated territory. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for technical support, training coordination, and equipment repairs—both warranty and non-warranty—delivered with precision and care. You’ll work directly with customers, dealers, and service teams to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems in the field. From coordinating parts to completing service work efficiently, you’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting our profitability goals. But that’s not all—this role also offers the opportunity to grow revenue by promoting parts sales, MQ filter kits, and service solutions both on-site and through our service centers. We’re looking for a skilled, self-motivated technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves troubleshooting, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service. You’ll collaborate with fellow Field Service Managers and internal teams to uphold Multiquip’s reputation for excellence and innovation.
