How will you make an impact? The Field Service Manager is a key team member and contributor that helps manage the day-to-day operations of their specific region of responsibility which includes all field service personnel supervision and oversight of general workflow to ensure productivity and service quality expectations are met. The basic function of the Field Service Manager is to lead and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in providing testing, certification, and related services. This includes overseeing all field service personnel training, development, general workflow efficiency, and performance management. This role can be located in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL.
