Requirements
- Must be customer service focused
- Mechanical and technical knowledge of lift trucks and other material handling equipment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated mechanical expertise
- Attention to detail a must
- Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ and problem solve
- Proficient using a computer
Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, mentor road technicians on service work.
- Provide resolution to technicians who need additional technical support.
- Work with customers, technicians and other staff to seek resolution.
- Travel to customer locations.
- Oversee the training and development of technicians.
